Girl’s Group Pledge
I am an individual in a proud group of young women
Relying on my sisters for support but not to take advantage of
Or misuse them to find a personality, I might not contain
To be young and vibrant and shine without the help of Body glitter
To follow in a successful path as the past sisters before me
And to walk on the runway of my dreams
With the friendships I know will help me become myself
A sister who will make mistakes in order to become a Women
But for now, I will be my best because I am A sister

WOW! Did you write that all on your own Karolyn!?! It should be published in a book of great poems somewhere!! I think you put a very important lesson about who we are and who we can become in beautiful poetic words. Great job!!!
